If I could give zero stars I would They did not set up my bed correctly and I was told a week ago by Frank, the owner, I would get my lopsided bed and mattress fixed. I am disabled and I have severe anxiety and no one to help me. They promised a handy man and he never showed up. Ot was a week ago.
I texted the owner and did NOT hear from him. They did not put my dresser in the bedroom when asked twice. No one apologized. Oh and my antique tea cart handle fell off. Yes, it was chipped but not broken. The mover said it was like that No it wasn’t. He admitted his hands were dirty and he refused to wash them. I have a lot dirt on mattress. I’m so stressed out I do not know if I should call my disability lawyer. I was promised compensation by customer service and never received it! They changed their mind. Do Not use them Ot was a horrible experience.

They were 2 days late picking up and weren't very smart or good at loading. Hope they get our stuff there ok.
It took 2 weeks to get any of our stuff, some of which was damaged.
2 months later we're still missing a bunch of stuff which they say got mixed in withstuff heading to MT. Extremely poor service. Do NOT use this company!
