Review:

I have mixed experience with this company. They work with subcontractors, which I didn't know about. I had a long-distance move from Massachusetts to Virginia in August 2022. The loading experience was terrible. The supervisor was rushing the process and was aggressive. There were things we didn’t want them to do. My wife was upstairs; she told them (twice!) not to load empty boxes from the laundry room. They did. They even picked up the shoes that I took off and loaded them. I had to ask them to bring them back. They charged for every single thing they picked up. The cost escalated quickly, almost triple what the estimate was. The supervisor decided to call another truck without consulting me. I had to sit by the truck to monitor what they were loading and avoided using the ordered truck. I acknowledge underestimating the volume, but they exacerbated the matter. They did a good job wrapping the stuff, though. They also did well unloading at the destination. However, I will not deal with them again.

My items were picked up in WA on the 24th of February by Stop and Move LLC, the agency your company outsourced to move my items. I was told that my items would be delivered in NH on March 7th. I did not receive the call that I was told I would receive to verify delivery and when I called the company no one would call me back. I texted the carriers and finally got a hold of one of them, and I was told my items would be in NH on the 20th of March and someone would call me the day before. I took time off of work to make sure I was home and when the day before delivery came around, I couldn't get ahold of anyone again, no one called, and my stuff was not delivered. Finally, I was contacted by one of the original carriers after texting him and I was told that my household goods were being delivered by East Coast Van Lines and that they would be here on the 23rd or the 24th, and that I would receive a call on the 22nd to let me know what day... again no call and no verification. And now I am being told my stuff won't get here until the 26th or 27th of March??? I see that your company was started by veterans to help veterans and the military with moving. I am also a veteran 100% disabled and I am not sure how this is helping at all. Furthermore, I paid around 16,000.00, not exactly pocket change, needless to say, I am beyond disappointed with the services. It has already been hard enough moving across the country as a single mom with a young child and to be without my stuff for almost a month has been beyond stressful and frustrating, to say the least.

We were really disappointed with the way they packed items. For the most part, they used large wardrobe boxes and just piled items in on top of each other. For example, the loaded a large, heavy security box on top of an end table, which cracked the end table. They placed lamps, fans and other items in boxes without wrapping any of it and those items scratched furniture items. One of the lamps was broken. They were fairly inexpensive, although changes can quickly add up. Perhaps it was just the packing crew we had. The guy who delivered it all was fantastic!

If I could give this company a zero I would. I do not recommend them at all. It was a literal nightmare. We were moving things from New Jersey to Florida. They are liars and cheaters. DO NOT USE this company!!!!!!!!!
