These reviews have to be paid for. I had the absolute worst moving experience using this company. I was assigned Express Movers as the actual moving company and when I tell you, these people are completely dis honest and they all have to be in cahoots. I was quoted and signed for $3300 in moving expenses an shows up to my door asking for double the day of the move! We then worked the price down but still ended up paying $2000 more than originally quoted due to “extra packing materials” It took them 35 days to deliver my things! Once delivered, they left all of the packaging boxes in my driveway. They couldn’t even take the trash with them! At least they showed me what I payed the extra $2000 for (the tv boxes I purchased) Absolute joke of a company! Stay away!!!!!!!!!

I had a very small move (2 bedroom apartment) and everything was packaged as Colleen recommended. I even removed some items that I originally stated I was taking when being quoted by Colleen. That granite table top you are speaking of, wasn’t even part of the move and I wasn’t taking it with me. Ant Sammipamdro told me he would take it for me for the inconvenience. Now I understand why, to try and use it to build his case. Yes, you called me 3 days prior and tried to change the date! Probably trying to get a gage on how desperate I was. And of course, both parties agreed! You’re coming the day of the move increasing the price. There was not much I can do. I was moving 1,000 miles away! You guys are scammers!
We hired AEY Logistics to coordinate our out-of-state move. They helped us hire a moving company and a car tow company so we could drive together with our pets. Overall, the experience was mostly good with a few issues. The movers they connected us with, Allstate Moving LLC, took great care of our belongings and all arrived on time. The car towing company unfortunately ghosted us in the 11th hour of our moving plan despite multiple reassurances up until then that we were booked and this company would be there on time. We were grateful that when we brought this to AEY's attention, they got us another company at no additional cost to us that picked up our car and delivered it within days.
The QA guy, Tommy, and Customer Service manager, Jeff, were just wonderful. Tommy went through each of our items with us one by one, explaining how to pack certain things and making sure nothing got missed in the inventory. Jeff helped explain how logistics worked, supported us through the stress of the move with compassion, and spent a ton of time helping us make things right when the car towing company didn't show on a Sunday so we could get on the road and make our hotel reservations and home closing in time.
The customer service is top-notch with this company! Jeremy was professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful!
First of, I’m convinced all the positive reviews on this company are bought. My husband and I contacted this company to move our 2-bedroom apartment from Indiana to New Mexico. At the time, the rep who spoke to us named Jake stated our load would be at the destination in as little as 4-days and estimated the cost of our move. At this time, the understanding was that AEY logistics would be completing all aspects of our move in its entirety.
On 7/23/2022, the movers came and identified themselves as “N&V trucking. They came with a 10’ U haul truck which was way too small for the load that was estimated. The movers mostly spoke Spanish so it was difficult to communicate and we had to give out quite a lot items because it couldn’t fit the truck. We also had to pay about $1000 more because they(N&V) stated AEY logistics had underestimated the load to give us a lower quote.
After 4 days we contacted AEY for an ETA and we were told to call N&V trucking who told us it could take 10-14 business days or even up to 21days. We contacted AEY to confirm and Jake pretty much said “we didn’t do the $15,000 move and those are the only moves that arrive in a week” it is now 8/16/2022 and they still don’t have any updates on when our load will be here. Every-time I call, they tell me a truck will be available the following week and someone will call me. Nobody ever calls back. I even called Jake, who we had originally spoke to, he said to hold one for a moment then transferred me to someone else. I requested to be sent back to him and I was prompted to leave a message. Whatever you do, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! They have zero professionalism and your load will not arrive on time! I wish I could give 0 stars, we are spending so much buying things we already own because our load is not here.
8/19/2022-Reply to AEY Logistics: it’s almost hilarious how dubious this company is. My husband NEVER requested falsification of any documents, we are both relocating for work and simply asked that my name be included in the move receipt so my employer can reimburse me. This is a very normal practice btw, we asked Jake Faris if my name could be added and he stated it was no problems at all! He emailed both a receipt to I and my husband, it’s quite surprising how this is now termed Falsification because I’m complaining about the service received.
This just goes to proof how unprofessional this company is, they will lie and twist words just to look good. Today makes business day 20 and we are still yet to receive any updates or ETA. All the reps keep saying they don’t know when the trucks will be loaded and hopefully it’s soon. Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE: My load was finally delivered on 8/22/2022. The folks who came to deliver seemed in a hurry. I requested they wear shoe covers so the rugs don’t get dirty but they didn’t have any. They took down my front door to bring in some items and only bolted the top so the was loose. I called the number them back immediately to request the door be put back properly and I was told they’ll come do it within 10mins, they never came back. Several items were destroyed(see attached photos) we submitted a claim since we were told they had insurance for damaged items. The company emailed back saying the insurance only covers items they packed themselves and could only pay $42 for the damage. In addition, one of our boxes was lost in transit.
I highly suggest finding a different moving company.
Scheduled and canceled my move the same day, and they kept my $1086.08 deposit. Talk about fraud.
Don’t walk run away.
No where was it disclosed that if I made a deposit that it would be non refundable the same day.
