AFA MOVERS

I dont even know where to begin. I usually dont post on here but I am an unhappy customer. These guys came out about a month ago and moved my office home. They scratched my wall and advised the boss. I would of been ok if they even given me a discount of $20.00 off my total, but instead they said they will come back and touch it up. Its been over a month and I reached out to the boss/manager and its been about 5 days since he text me back saying his guy will reach out to me. Was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and use them but Im going to take my business else where.

Hopefully don’t have to move again, but if I do would not look to anyone else. AFA movers were extremely professional. The movers were on time, wrapped everything very well, personable and very diligent in making sure nothing got damaged. I have moved 3 times in the last 2 years and hired 4 different movers. This experience with AFA movers was the best. Nothing broke. Great customer service and felt at ease having the movers around the family as well. Although it’s a very physically demanding job the guys had a smile on their faces until the very end. Highly recommended. Moving is a pain, so AFA keep up the good work!
