They were able to tightly pack the items in the truck and load as much as possible. They were helpful and listened to my instructions without hesitation. There was a little detail; when I asked for status one of their reps promised to call me back but she didn’t, so I called them back. This time my assigned customer service representative apologized for not calling me back and as of that point on I did not have to call for status again, they worked really hard to keep me on the loop and that was great to me.

Eight months ago my family moved from NJ to Al.
Our Christmas tree and some other items were never put on the truck. I was told I would receive my tree by Thanksgiving. That didn't happen because they delivered it to someone else...
Sal told me he would replace my tree, to which I was thankful for.
Unfortunately, to this day, that hasn't happened.
After informing him that I planned to pursue the matter, he asked me for my address!!, so he could send the tree. I thought this was ironic as he would have had to supply the other movers with my new address, but for the record I gave it to him and asked for verification and a link to track my replacement tree.
Because I was critical about his business practices, he has ow decided not to replace my tree...

I guess our move wasn't as important as their other customers.
My recommendation is choose another company to handle your belongings because if they screw up you will be the one who pays for that too.
Incompetence, getting the runaround, lies, and gaslighting will be what you'll endure!!! Run far and fast away, don't use this company.

I moved with this company and they were pretty fast, professional and offered the lowest price I could get, giving me excellent service at all times; my furniture arrived safe and sound, I wasn’t worried at all thanks to the insurance they offered me. I will definitely recommend them.
