The woman I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful however, I think they need a new cart to help you get your boxes in the door!

Really great friendly staff, reasonable or affordable prices - especially if you're buying in bulk. They have a wide variety of boxes for shipping needs, moving and storage (wardrobe, TV, mirrors, etc) and packing materials as well (such as peanuts bubble wrap kraft paper) and other handy accessories.

Have my own business that relies heavily on shipping and partnering with them for my shipping needs for almost a decade!

Don't Ship large items! I was quoted a price of $175 to ship a chair to WV, however after I had agreed to everything with my customer and he paid for the chair, the shipping ending up being $450! I had to eat the additional cost of shipping, I asked them for 50 large boxes as compensation for the huge price increase, but they refused and they said I could buy the boxes for around $3 each. I feel they should have at least split the cost of shipping the chair, since they made a huge mistake. Never the less, if you ship a large item be sure that whatever price they tell you, make sure to triple it.
