I was in town from California to empty and close my storage unit. Time was tight. I called to request service. They noted the urgency and were able to send a team in a little over an hour. Within 45 minutes, the two workers were able to clear the unit while allowing me to confirm the little that could be salvaged. Conversation was light and amiable. I couldn't have asked for better service.
