We had a great move with Rodney,Matt &Tim. They are very hard and fast workers!

The price was about 4 hour from the original place was the low bid that I got. They were polite and friendly. But when I finally got all my items at the destination, I found most of the furniture had rub marks and some dents. Some of the boxes which I packed had gouges in them but nothing was broken. However my vacuum sweeper did have damaged which I reported and have not heard back from them. The men seemed to be in a hurry to leave after they unloaded the truck and there were several pieces still wrapped in plastic that I had to have them unwrap. Cheap is cheap and I feel that is what I paid and the quality of the move showed it.
It took me 5 months to finally go through the items I moved and now I am finding more things that were not good. My paper shredder was badly damaged and they used clear tape to put it together, it was a total loss. My bed box spring had duck tape on the corner. One box that had my Christmas wreaths and miscellaneous never arrived. I wonder how that happened.
Would suggest if you use this firm that you inventory all your items and the number of boxes to make sure you get everything. Check how they packed and unpacked the truck, also.

Spoke with Rodney one time, seemed nice. Said I would get a phone call back, didn’t happen. Tried several more times, no response, then mailbox full. My dad drove to the office, no one there. Very disappointed.
