The movers were great and I had called Gabe the owner about my garage refrigerator being broken and not working properly. I had full insurance coverage and he said to call my attorney and it’s not covered. Horrible customer service on his part.

I used this moving company two times in one year and found them to be the best price around town. Their service was on point, they showed up on time and the whole day went super smoothly. They charge by the hour and if you dont utilize the full allotted hours they refund you the credit. I got four estimates and they were by far the best price and the workers were very accommodating. I would use them again and highly recommend their company and Gabe who oversees the entire process.

All the furniture and our belongings was laid out on the bare ground, mattresses are dirty- when they left the apartment white - leaving boxes in the street unattended and then allowing people to touch our belongings - even accepting offers to buy, aggressive and rude, left to the next apartment without even letting us know. Horrible service all around.

I cannot say enough about the team at Affordable Moving. Gabriel on the phone helped me understand how to get a better value, Tammie was so helpful and responsive to get my quote, and the guys were so fast, friendly, and professional. Ray and his team should be given all the awards for their quick, effective, and helpful service. I know that we will use them again if we ever move.
