We recently used Affordable Moving & Storage to move my stepfather from his home to an independent retirement apartment in Fort Myers. First, their responsiveness during the decision-making process was the best out of the 4 we considered. Theresa provided excellent service and responded quickly with potential dates and estimated fees. While not the lowest cost, we selected them based on perceived quality and value relative to price. On the day of the move Juan, Watson, and Jimmy arrived on time and were a pleasure to work with throughout the day. They handled the furniture with care and were flexible with what was moved and where it was ultimately placed. This was not an easy move because the apartment was on the third floor and they worked with a can-do attitude. Also, they demonstrated respect for my stepfather and his desires. Thank you to all and a big shout out to these three young men - job well done!
