When the movers showed up at my house I asked to add a few extra items in. Foreman reworked my inventory and how much square feet I was going to need. I added a washer, dryer, 4 medium size moving boxes and 1 large size moving box. My total almost doubled. Told him to take what was on was quote and I will deal with the extra items later. They ended up taking all my boxes and totes and some of the other items already listed. I had already pulled my refrigerator out from against wall but for some reason the foreman decided to not use an appliance dolly to move the fridge over and pushed it from its side, RIPPING two large holes in brand new vinyl kitchen flooring. He didn't care and said there was nothing he could do about it. Other two guys were totally cool and couldn't believe the foreman did that. Now it is 14 days since I requested to have my stuff delivered and I have still not heard from the company. Their webpage is no longer valid either.
What they also don't tell you when they give you the estimate is that you will be charged extra for materials used to wrap your furniture; tape, shrink wrap, blankets, etc. Those are normal practices with any moving company and should not be charged extra for them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will make update after my stuff is delivered, if I ever get it and when my claim for the floor is settled.

They picked up my furniture on May 1, 2019 and I never saw it again! I called a million times and I got the run around. No results. Also they quoted me a reasonable rate and then charged me an additional $525. Do not use this company.

They overcharge and do not care about customer complaint. Initially they will quote you low but during pickup and delivery add extra charges. And during that time do not have option except to pay. later they will not refund.

So stay away these cheaters...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
