Had several access issues, but the phone representatives were always kind and as helpful as possible. The company called me today to discuss the issues I've had. So, they do actually work to make things right for their customers. That is what makes me want to recommend this company's storage units!

The intial setup was very easy. All online and simple. Direct call to Paige was great too. She answered all my questions directly. Knew exactly what she was doing. They even provide a brand new lock i side the units if you dont have one.
Only down side to this particular storage area is maneuver room. 24ft trailer is max and you have to back in to the rear units. You will not be able to clear the units with the trailer if trying to pull in and around. But backing in is easy for me.

Everything is good and everyone is great
