AffordABox Portable Storage

I have moved often in Texas and rented several boxes in the past. These are the best I have ever seen. I came across them because no one would deliver from 1 Texas property to another Texas property. I am so glad I did! I have been very impressed with these boxes. They are beautifully constructed with every detail in mind. I opened the doors after the box was closed up for weeks in this 100 plus heat expecting everything to be melted and inside was surprisingly much cooler. The staff are prompt to respond and very professional. Affordabox is the way to store and move your belongings.

This place is great. Keith is an amazing fair businessman. Definitely great to do business with.

Downsizing has its problems including where to put all your things on the day the movers are coming! Affordabox was the PERFECT solution. Others require using part of my driveway, which I didn't want to give up. This box was put beside my driveway with perfect access for us as well as the movers to offload into. Sara was our contact and Keith got our box into the perfect position for us with short notice after I didn't catch the directions for placement! If I could give 6 stars I would! I even had a friend comment how well made the boxes were after seeing a competitors.

The company did a good job at storing and getting my things to my new home in decent shape. But Keith, the owner of the company, spoke to me in a very demeaning and condescending way when I simply expressed to him that the boxes were in the way of my garage and I asked for them to come quicker than they informed me they could come. He spoke down to me, it was rude and unprofessional. As someone who has trained hundreds of sales reps, he acted in a manner that we teach our reps never to act. Company did a decent job with the boxes themselves and getting items over in one piece, but I was very displeased with how the owner of the company spoke to me on a voicemail. Even if I was putting pressure on him to get over sooner than he was able, I’m the customer and it’s no excuse for how he responded as owner. Thank you.

This company saved me from having to move two times!
We sold our house very quickly, on the last day of the month. However, our new home closing wasn’t until 3 days after…I was so upset that I would have to pay a moving company $650.00 to move our stuff to a Self Storage Facility (saved another $189.00) and then three days later, pay them again to move our stuff to the new home…
