They were amazing! Very polite, professional. They moved A LOT of items quickly, even up a flight of stairs. No damage to any of my items. A very high quality moving service I would recommend to anyone.

While AIF was friendly and moved the bulk of my stuff without incident, all three desks had damage - one of which can't be fixed, an end table was broken, my nightstand was damaged, and the brand new television that was only 2 months old when it was moved suffered major internal damage. AIF has made it nearly impossible to discuss this with. They have not returned phone calls or messages sent through thumbtack and their site. The only time they did respond was when my father left a very negative review on Thumbtack and they called him a liar, even with photo evidence. At least $1200 worth of damage for a $420 move. Yes, my dad gave them a tip, that was before we saw all the damage done to our items. Most of the damage came after we paid for the service as he paid Antoine shortly after they began to unload the truck. He refuses to even talk to my dad, and he never gave my dad a receipt for payment.
