Terrible experience. Nobody called me when the cargo arrived so I was charge storage for over a week - I could never track the cargo I was never given the instructions. A third party company called me saying I had to pay for clearance - taxes - handling - services and all sort of extra fees adding 630 pounds! when I called with my concerns all I was told was that it was not their responsibility and that I had to deal with everything myself once the cargo was here. A total fiasco. They are the cheapest but worst. Please do not ever consider them. They are very diligent to get you once you pay you are on your own.

Staff is professional and courteous. My agent Pete was very conscientious. He responded to my emails without delay, worked quickly to resolve issues. Pete kept me informed. Than you very much!
