Worst company ever. They have only made my move a nightmare. The person handling my move (Jamie Dura) NEVER picks up the phone, never solves issues and does not provide updates. The move in company showed up hours late, our furniture is nowhere to be located now, the temporary housing was terrible and the list goes on an on. And we’re not even finished…
Companies BEWARE AND DO NOT GO WITH THIS OPTION.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with Aires. We used Aires to assist us in selling our home and they helped in costing my wife and I $17K in our home sale because of their lack of communication with us and our realtor as well as any urgency to get a contract to our potential buyers. It took Aires 3 business days to get a contract to our buyer and when Aires finally did the buyer was fed up because of the delay and backed out of the home sale. During the 3 days my wife and I were frantically trying to get someone at Aires to provide a contract and we kept getting requests from Aires for more documents (mean while we provided everything to them 2 weeks prior to our home going on the market!). The Aires representatives were unorganized, not responsive and it took us several calls and emails to try to get any answers from them. When we tried to recoup our loss from Aires they put 'partial' blame on our realtor but could never own up to their mistakes and compensate us. I wished my wife and I never used Aires and simply tried to sell our home on our own.
