Airzonex was fantastic to work with. They were transparent, extremely well priced and prompt. The amount of time I spent scouting for international movers was far more frustrating than the actual pickup and shipping experience. They also ship by air so my stuff was ready to be received within 4 days of shipping.
I was moving to India without furniture and large items, but I had about 9 medium/large boxes worth of used electronics, clothes and other 'used personal effects'. Companies using shipping containers quoted a fairly high price around 2500-3000$ for a claimed door to door service. Airzonex quoted less than half and set the expectations clearly about what I would need to do when receiving the shipment.
At the airport, one needs to go through the UAB (unaccompanied baggage) claim process which is as tedious as it sounds. It involves circling three offices (baggage, IFO and customs) multiple times and hiring a CHA (customs house agent) is recommended. Irrespective of any agent, the claiming party needs to be physically present for the customs inspection. Airzonex suggested me to hire a moving vehicle locally after getting my goods cleared out of customs. After going through the process myself (valiantly without an agent), I can say that it was the right recommendation. In the end, all my goods arrived safely at my home in India. As a general pointer for anyone reading the review, make sure to pack your boxes really well because it takes a beating in the warehouses. OSHA inspectors would faint looking at forklifts doing drifts in the baggage area.
Finally, a shout out to Shreya who was the Airzonex representative that I was working with. I was strapped for time with my packing and she was responding on email over the weekend to make sure we could still schedule pickup in the short time window I had. Overall I just had a really good experience with Airzonex despite the end-to-end process being inherently painful. 10/10 on competence and transparency, would recommend!

We had a great experience. The shipping price is less as compared to other shipping providers. The pickup was from door and the overall experience was seamless and fast. Very satisfied with the service.

Awful service. All our stuff is trapped on customs. They decided to use the same name for both the invoice and the recipient when they are actually two different people.
