0 STARS - Terrible packing service…..poor planning and execution ….lack of transparency , hidden charges. If you want to have stress free packing and moving, go with Universal or other shipping company. STAY AWAY FROM AIRZONEX.

This is my first bad Ruben,
It was a disastrous packing. The movers mentioned to us, that they pack better for local moves than what you did for international. I have 2 broken tables. $500 loss from damage. Please see pics. You asked for $1000 more for packing material and I still gave you $400. You should be returning that and compensate me for the damages.
You are supposed to do labeling for each box but none of the boxes and other items were labeled. Please ask Nishant what kind of mess it was at customs. You call your self an experienced mover,
And you did not know labeling items is mandatory for customs. This is a mistake only a rookie player in shipping/moving could make.
You refused to pay CFS charges even though port dues were included in invoice. It was the worst moving experience from NY.
On the other hand, in Mumbai LAC Nishant and his team were amazing and executed the move with full transparency in communication and great team work and customer service. You have a lot to learn from them about effective packing ,work ethics and client satisfaction. That’s how you build strong reputation and loyal customers.

I have checked a few companies but Airzonex offered me the best rates and shipped with DHL . I recommend and will use them again
