AJ Moving and Delivery LLC

Unfortunately, AJ Moving arrived at 10:30 am when my arrival time was scheduled for between 8 am and 9 am. Apart from this lateness being unprofessional, it was also a big problem because I was moving out of one apartment building into another and only had loading docks reserved for specific amounts of time. Mike in the office called and told me the movers were stuck in traffic, but when the movers arrived, they told me that there was no traffic. So I assumed they were just running late, even though it was their first move on Monday morning. Then, when I called to complain, Mike told me he would send footage of the traffic they were stuck in, which he never did. It's unfortunate that I have to leave such a bad review because they did a good job on the actual moving of my furniture. However, being over 90 minutes late with very little apology or any partial refund is very poor customer service. I would not recommend using them.

My brother hired this company to move him from Essex Md to Edgemere Md. There were two men. I wish I knew their names. I am a 58 year old women and I can honestly say I have never see anyone work so hard and so fast in my life! They were extremely polite and professional! I would highly recommend these two gentlemen! The move took place on 8/3/2020. If you two are reading this, thank you so much, you two are amazing!

Hard workers... Will use them again
