Outstanding!! Those are the words that come to mind on moving into another apartment. I was stood up by Benjamin Moving..no phone call, no follow up. Just did not show up. I called Albert’s Relocation Services and was scheduled to move the next day. Joshua made the transaction seamless. The movers’ group did an amazing job. If you are going to be in the service industry, you should be honest and forthcoming with your paying clients. Albert’s Relocation Services did exactly that. Thank you so very much!!!

Avoid this moving company at all costs, especially if you’re relocating a studio apartment. I was shockingly overcharged $1,220 for a simple move that stretched to 5 hours, when typically it takes just 3. To make matters worse, a third of my belongings were already packed, and the new apartment was only 1 mile away. The inefficiency was palpable as Benny did most of the heavy lifting while Gabor spent time on phone calls, turning what should have been a two-person job into a one-man move. In addition, Gabor began unpacking some of my items and charged for extra boxes I didn't need. I will certainly not be using their services again.
