Albo moving & packing services

I hired Albo moving services recently and the 2 young men did an amazing job! They were very hard working and made my move go as smoothly as possible. They did a great job moving all of my furniture and moving boxes! They were very fast and also very kind! I’ve used other moving companies in the past and Albo was by far the best company I’ve used. Definitely recommend!!

I'm not sure why my experience with them is so out of sync with many reviews here. Maybe I had their subcontractors.

Service requested: Poor. Not on time. Three movers for a one-bedroom apartment, which took exactly 4 hours. We already packed everything in boxes ourselves the night before, so not sure why it took so long. The old and new apartment is less than 0.5 mile away and both had an elevator reserved specifically for the move.

Quality: Poor. They were an hour late. Also, not all items were wrapped/protected during the move. (See picture for an unwrapped TV left on the hallway) The wrapping, assembly/dis-assembly (only a queen bed and a mirror dresser), and moving process was inefficient because they only had ONE hand truck and no power tools.

Value: Poor. The guys didn't bring the right tools to the job. They only brought one cart and handheld screwdrivers with them. Guess what? They charge hourly rate. So bringing power tools will not make sense for them and they just milked the clock.

Update: a week later, we found out an item was missing after unpacked.
