Horrible company who will abandon you on the day of your move.

We scheduled a move with them 3 weeks in advance for a Saturday move. We provided an estimate of the type of items we needed to be moved and agreed on a rate for $75 an hour for a 17 ft truck and 2 movers.

On the day of the move, they arrived on time and did a walkthrough of the place. They immediately started complaining that the truck wasn't big enough and that there was too much stuff in the house to fit. We explained to them that all the furniture in the home wasn't being moved, and did a 2nd walkthrough with them so they understand what pieces would be going and what would be staying. We also explained that we mentioned all of this when we booked so we couldn't understand why it was now a problem. They still insisted that they would need a bigger truck. Okay, fine.

They departed our home to supposedly retrieve another truck and then an hour later TEXTED us and told us they weren't coming back and to 'get another company'. They could not have been more rude and we were stuck last minute trying to find another moving company

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

I have used their service twice, and was absolutely happy with what they have done! Every single piece of furniture was carefully packed, wrapped up with plastic and blankets and loaded on a truck. These guys were very punctual, and worked with a good pace. I will definitely use their service if I have to move again.

Very rude and very unprofessional people. They didn't load all my stuff to the truck and didn't complete the job from old apartment. They drove off and left in a hurry to go to my new place because they were late for the next job. I never experience anything like that in my life with the mover. I was paying them and they screamed and yelling at me when I asked them to complete the job which at the end, it didn't get completed. As soon as they arrived in my new apartment, they demanded to be paid $485.00 up front cash, otherwise they threatened me that they won't unload my stuff from their truck to my new apartment. Then after getting paid, they tossed everything in the living room including my bed frame. I wish I read the reviews first. If there is a zero rating, I would have given them zero even I would have given minus rating too if there is one (Zero rating is too generous already). Please do yourself a favor and don't hire them . They speak only little English and can't communicate with you. But the worst part, not only they are unpleasant but didn't follow instructions. They grabbed my medicines and tax return receipts and couldn't locate where they put them in one of the boxes even though I specifically told them not to touch the bags and will carry them myself. when I asked them where they are, they yelled and screamed at me over and over. Very abusive toward paying customer. Now I am without medicines and will need to go through all the boxes to find my medicines, tax return receipts among other things since nothing is labeled in the boxes. Please do your self a big favor and stay away from these unprofessional people. It will save you from tons of stress if you don't use them as your mover. They will not hesitate to yell and intimidate you so they can get away with not doing their job or doing a lousy job. Now I need to hire another mover to finish the job. What a waste of $485.00!

It was like a nightmare, they tried all they can to make it longer so charge me more. I hired them to just move the big pieces that doesn't fit my car like bed and sofa and billed me four and a half hours for a two hour job. Every time they took something to their truck, waited for 10-15 minutes before coming back.
At the end, added one hour as travel time! My home was just about ten minutes from their listed address. I asked for some explanation and he started yelling at me! Unbelievable!!! While speaking little English, I couldn't understand what he's saying.
They have five star rating on Yelp and quoted a low price, saying they charge in 15 minutes intervals.
At the end, he stopped working for two minutes so that charge for another fifteen minutes!
I wish I had checked their Google reviews...

These guys were punctual, careful, hardworking, and pleasant. They wrapped some of my things for free. Packing in the truck was super secure, and they even let me hitch a ride to the destination. They charge for only the time they require to do the job plus one hour travel time, no extra fees. I'm arranging my next move dates based on their availability.
