the worst. rude late and couldn't do the job :(

Two guys (one Alex obviously haha) helped my husband and I move a 2 bedroom apartment from Rockville to Silver Spring in Feb 2018. They were on time (actually early), professional, friendly, and constantly moving. They took about ~3 hours to load and ~1 hour to unload. The loading included them thoroughly wrapping up our furniture. Nothing was damaged.

This company was completely unprofessional. The men showed up (one wearing flip flops) about 10 minutes late. As they were moving they were tossing boxes to the side expecting me to condense the number of boxes. I did as asked to avoid confrontation. They took 2 hours to load which was not bad considering he was working in flip flops. I ended up arriving at my house first and waited for 20mins for them to arrive as he then told me they stopped at 7/11. Still I just kept moving and assisted with unloading. My husband also jumped in to help. They were not skilled enough to unload the couches on the 2nd floor hence why I have two Large DENTS in my wall. Then they ripped my couch and from the pushing to get the couch upstairs, the sofa now has marks on the entire back. They chipped wood off my bookcases and it was a mess. The worse part is I still offered to pay the full 5 hours with no deductions from there lunch break and 30 min early finish due to additional people helping. They then tell me to give them $35 dollars more because those were there fees added. At this point I was astounded they would be so PETTY after the damage they caused. After discussing this horrible customer service for about 30 minutes with a woman on the phone who apparently is the spokesperson for Alex, I was convinced this company could have only acquired business through friends and family because they were so rude and callous of taking pride in customer relationship and referrals. NEVER AGAIN. CALL another company.

On time, polite, organized & efficient, these guys are what all movers should be.
I was pleasantly surprised at the end when there was no inflation of the bill, it was exactly as quoted for the time involved. Period.
No 'mileage charges', ' materials charges' or 'rolls of tape used' .
For someone like me, who has a busy schedule, these guys are invaluable.
I will definitely use them again.
Plus it's fun to say 'Hey, Alex ! ' and watch them both respond…
