We never had anything to worry about. Before the move, at pick up, en route, and at delivery everything was so smooth. Speedy, thorough, transparent...both crews were great. Highly recommend!!!

Prior to hiring, sales pitch was - this is the delivery window, but I’m very confident that the delivery will Occur in the early part of the window, not towards the end of the window. I realize this is not guaranteed…but why even say it? Not why I’m disappointed with the experience…

Truck arrived. Not big enough. Had a second one come out. Then went to warehouse to move everything off truck and pack truck better. It then stayed in the warehouse for days without moving (not discussed or part of our agreement). We had to call And follow up each time for updates. Received an excuse about a truck burning down that caused our move to be delayed. Always an excuse in my book. this still shouldn’t effect our experience especially at the rate we are paying. Truck made it to our home almost at the end of the window. If the truck didn’t just sit in a warehouse, it would have arrived much earlier. By the way, it went to another city in Ca After sitting in warehouse and sat another couple days. How do we know this? Because we tracked our items.

Lastly, due to the above issues, some of our items were not on the truck. We had some damaged pieces. Some
Items like tables weren’t installed or put back together correctly. Missing lamp, vacuum, received other peoples items, still waiting on a “fix” to my missing items.

Movers hired here by company were great except for one person. Rushed everything. attitude. Didn’t want to help or go a step further to make the experience better.

Driver was great and estimating process was easy a d professional. Dispatch was unreliable and changed packing/loading date several times with poor communication, and gave the driver the wrong address.

Buyer beware! They will steal your belongings.
