Alexander's Mobility Services - Atlas Van Lines

The only great thing I can say about Alexander’s is that they pretend to care, and show up on time. Beyond that, I would not trust them again.

We were not prepared properly for our move with expectations. Packers were upset that I had not dismantled my office. This lead to silly behaviors fueled by resentment, like taking things apart and putting them in completely separate boxes in different areas, or taking up half a box with stacks of left over packing paper.

Combined with the fact that several items were damaged, and 2 high value items are missing - it all paints the picture that this company does not have a reliable network of staff they can count on to take care of your possessions.

The claims process looks to be daunting by design to deter you from even trying, but we will. I will update this review with the results for fairness.

My family was moving locally from Irvine to San Clemente. We called Alexanders and they were on top of everything for us. Their video survey was very easy and made me feel comfortable about the process. The price was right in line with what we were budgeting for as well. Prior to the move, they gave me notice of when the crew would arrive. The day of, the crew was even early! Talk about a great crew, Willy, Craig and Damian worked their butts off. Honestly, it was very impressive. They treated our items with care and were very courteous when we had questions. We could not believe how fast they were. They took a huge burden off of our shoulders so we could focus on other parts of the relocation. Big thank you to Alexanders!

Nothing broken but where's customer service?

Had to move across country for my job. Pickup went fine, but 5 days before the ETA to my destination, I was informed my items will be arriving 10-15 days later than expected.

Now I’m scrambling for housing and Alexander’s can’t even explain what triggered this delay

Avoid if you can

Wow this company blew me away! I had to move across country for my job. They made everything so smooth and easy. Most of the questions I had for them were 'are you sure I don't need to do anything?' Everyone I spoke to to help organize was friendly, quick to respond, and truly excellent at their jobs. They worked with my crazy schedule so well. The movers were very quick and careful with my stuff, and organized everything so well I couldn't believe the inventory list I got at the end. Also they were so kind too! Truly, a wonderful company to work with I couldn't be happier!
