Alexander's Mobility Services - Atlas Van Lines

I can see many very positive reviews from people who have completed their moves- BUT i cannot even get a quote from Alexanders. Initial contact was July 18. The customer service person, Lynn Taff, sent a surveyor to catalog our home on July 21. All good so far. The surveyor told us we would be getting the quote from Lynn Taff in 2-3 days. 7 days later on July 28, I reached out to her to ask for status and was told that I would have the quote later that day. Well, that didn't happen. In fact that is the last communication I have received from Alexander's. I 've since reached out 3 more times and still been ignored. This does not inspire much confidence in this company if this is their business practice.

No Right right turn into facility. Dock in back of building you must turn around and back around building. Quick unload.

My husband got promoted and transferred about a month ago. So in the span of a few weeks we had to move across the country. His company paid for a full service move and since it was such short notice we didn’t have much time to get ready to move. Devor, Chris and his team were absolutely amazing. They took their time to pack/unload my things and took great care of my valuables. They were kind, patient and understanding of some snags a long the way. They went above and beyond and they accommodated us to the best of their abilities. Everything just got moved in today and I expect everything will be in the same shape it was before we moved. Hopefully if we have to move again, we will get the same team. Thanks guys!!!

Great Warehouse ? Clean, organized, great warehouse personnel ( I'm speaking as a Mover who helps drivers unload customer shipments) however...rest assured your shipment ( i.e. household items) is in good hands.
