Said they place was secured. It was not my daughter unit was broken into everything she had in there was stolen. They had no cameras in the area that her unit was in.

I would not recommend storing your belongings here. Starting with the fact that in the almost 3 years of renting a unit from them, I had to rent a unit from them that was 4 times the size of what I needed, and despite being on the wait-list for a smaller one, somehow one never became available.

My bigger issue is that for almost the past year I have been randomly getting charged late fees, despite the fact that I had auto pay set up and the payment was processing on a credit card that always had the funds available. When I went in to close out my unit and I inquired about this I was told that it was strange that that happened and that they couldn't see any reason why it would have done that. When I inquired about have the late fees refunded I was told that it looks like I got a free month in July, so the late fees balance that out.

Pretty poor customer service.
