Absolutely the worst. My binding agreement price was $2130. The local mover sent by AAM (a broker) demanded an extra $1400, and the second movers they sent demanded an extra $930, both for no legitimate reasons. Example--the first mover acknowledged that my household goods were 300 cubic feet, but they would take 500 cubic feet in his truck After that AAM stopped returning my calls. I have learned this is a common scam, especially now in southern California where so many people are leaving.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If Darren (sales rep) helps you, be prepared to have the card you use for payment to be compromised. After calling management to let them know what happened, I was told” Darren makes a buttload of money, trust me he wouldn’t do that.” Absolute scam and worst service I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never been to Florida before, called this company to set up a moving date and within a few hours I have several charges on my card within 30 miles of their office.

I chose All American based in my realtor’s recommendation and suggestions on Facebook. They did not disappoint. Arrived on time. Moved items quickly and professionally.

There was a small misunderstanding about the price at the end. I called and discussed with management and they immediately rectified situation.
