All American Movers & Storage

I recommend All American movers. Spoke with Jon. Who was very nice . He said he would send an estimator to give a quote. Tom came out and did an estimate. Who was also very nice. They carefully packed, transported, all house hold items. It was a big move. 2 full trucks. The crew Henry, Jarett, Joe, Mario, Don. Showed up on time and handled everything. It was a pleasure having them as our movers for the day. They even came in a little under the estimated quote. I recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. Great job All American movers.

WARING DONT' USE THIS COMPANY ?????❌This was my worst nightmare. From my pick up to my deliverer that didn't happen. All American movers should be ashamed of themselves. They were supposed to notify me 24 to 48 hours before pick up. Sorry that didn't happen, it was the day of. I waited all day they never showed up. I had to call them for them to find out not coming 2 days later. They pick my stuff up June 26th 2020. They have a 2-21 day window to deliver without weekends. This is the 24th day we waited. Today is August 5, 2020 still nothing. The said because of covid-19 there are no drivers available.The dispatch supervisor Alex Moore was very rude and nasty .So they will be returning our things back where they picked up at. I wish the owner of this company contact me. There is more but I'll be typing forever .However Christina customers service representatives was cool.

Not a very pleasant experience with this company. There are a lot nick-picking for money in the entire process, from loading through delivery. It's all in the details I understand, but it always happened as a surprise, and the extra cost is about 10+% of the quoted price after protest.

Worst of all, there is no transparency in between when things happened. Calls were not answered, or placed on long hold, or transfer to a mailbox that’s full, or promise to call back but did not happen. All of those builds temper and frustration. These people finds the most effective way to build such feeling.

I was not on the delivery end so I can't tell about the quality of the move regarding damaged/missing items. Hope it's not an issue.

These folks went out of their way to damage all our stuff. It was neatly loaded into the truck when we shipped our goods. When it finally got to us it was apparent they had unloaded and reloaded at least once in the process giving no regard for our stuff. Crushed boxes, broken furniture, dents, you name the damage it was there. Never again will I ever use these folks.

Jon and his team moved my clients from California to Arizona seamlessly and efficiently as any company out there. Smart, hardworking guys and as a Real Estate Agent, I wouldn't dream of referring my clients to ANYONE else.
