Spoke with Bo on 10/28 regarding services. We went over items that were to be moved, how everything needed to be in boxes and how they don’t accept plastic bags. Had everything squared away and a quote for 10/30.

The morning of 10/30, 3 movers show up and after a brief walk around the house, they call Bo to let him know there were boxes involved with the move. Bo then calls me and says “You never told me you had boxes.”

We did tell Bo about boxes and had a lengthy discussion about our move. What family moves without boxes?!

Bo insisted that I never told him about boxes and that I only hard large items (furniture, refrigerator, etc) to move.

Bo initially sent my quote out to the wrong email address as well, so none of this should’ve surprised me.

He then informed me the cost would be higher but he couldn’t give me a quote.

We promptly told the driver and movers thanks and sorry they wasted a trip out there.

The movers told us this wasn’t new and have had issues with Bo being unprofessional in the past.

Do yourself a favor and skip this guy for moving services.

This review is to address the negative review posted on year ago. First of all this was posted against my company and I, being the owner, know nothing about this move. We do not self haul over 4 states so this could not be us.
