Good communication

Used this company in February to load up a POD for an out-of-state move. They were terribly unprofessional, complained the entire time they were there, and did not wrap ANY of the furniture despite requiring me to provide the wrapping myself. This resulted in damage to my couches.

They also damaged 2 out of 4 of my dining chairs, destroyed a bookcase that had to be thrown away after the unpacking, and forgot several items before driving away (a lamp, 2 boxes, and a few items in the garage). The movers who unpacked the POD were shocked at how bad of a job was done.

Very unhappy with my experience and they should be held financially responsible for the damage they caused.

All In One Moving LLC did a terrific job communicating and coordinating the help we needed for unloading our rental truck. We really appreciated their flexibility, good experience, and help they provided with unloading our things.

Josu helped with our move coordination and was awesome. Great guys, very professional. Will definitely use again!!
