They are the worst of the worst of the worst, they were paid to stage everything, instead they dropped everything, never returned and broke almost everything. Upcharged about everything, no response to calls, moved from CA to NY. Avoid at all costs!!

Do not use this company. They broke my dining room set. Promised to reassemble furniture but showed up with no tools. Left other people’s furniture I didn’t initially notice at my house and when I calland told them they said oh well. They lost the screws to my bed set. Lost one of the legs to my sectional and finally my microwave never made it to my house. Pam told me one day oh we have trucks everywhere we will get someone out to you to reassemble the furniture. The next day oh we don’t have anyone in that area. This is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever used. Also I’m willing to bet the positive reviews are phony. If you look closely at what places the reviewed many of them just happened to use the same companies???? Ya ok. Do your home work people. The worst..... then they offered me 125 dollars to take my review down…. And what company who cares about customers bashes them and calls them names……

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY !!! Do not I repeat do NOT hire this company they are horrible people , unprofessional, I dont even know how they are still in business !!!! It took us going to the police and reporting our stuff stolen to get someone to call me back !!! Our stuff was never delivered on date promised ,no communication at all I would call and call and no one would talk to me ...Trust me you do not want to hire them they will be your worst nightmare !!! They overcharge , lie and scam worst company ever !!!! Check the BBB rating they are F for a reason !!! Half of our stuff was broken chipped , and missing boxes !! STAY AWAY

Still waiting for this company to make good on the claim for DAMAGES they caused to my possessions following my move. The claim was settled back in March, and now 3 months later, I still wait. Funny, when they wanted my business, they would call or email me weekly. Now, I hear nothing. Quite frankly, this is NOT a company I would recommend.
**** EDIT: WOW….4 YEARS LATER they respond to my review. Give me a break !

2021 Move: Not sure what happened to this company, but I had a truly horrible experience during my last move. They definitely overwork their employees who do the actual moving/driving. Those employees were great and very efficient and quick. When I called management to discuss their issue of double-booking my reservation slot (which caused my belongings to show up at midnight, rather than the 1 pm - 4 pm booking I had made months before my move date) along with other concerns, the man I spoke with said, 'You got your stuff. What more do you want?' I then expressed the fact that I have been a repeat customer for years, referred their company to friends, and left 5 star reviews for them to help their business, but with this lack of professionalism/accountability, I would not be using them again. He said he did not care if he lost me as a customer because they are very busy and have no time for me anyway. It was a very disappointing experience, to say the least.

Review from 2018: Just used AIO for my third move, this time from NJ to MA. Their communication was great, their quoted price was more than fair (compared to some exorbitant prices other companies quoted me), they charged me what they quoted (plus tolls), and their movers worked quickly and efficiently. Hector and two other employees showed up 15 minutes early and had my belongings loaded on their truck in less than an hour (I had everything packed, wrapped, boxed and ready to go). They showed up to the new location within their estimated time frame and moved everything in just as quickly and efficiently. They even gave me some discounts for being a repeat customer. I'm very grateful that each of my moves was made so much less stressful by how great AIO was throughout the entire process.

Review from 2016: This was the second time I used AIO for my move between apartments in NJ. Communication with their office was very professional. The movers were great. They were friendly and worked very quickly and efficiently. Both of my moves were completed under the original time estimated. The price quoted to me was the price I paid (which was less than half of what other moving companies quoted for my move). I would definitely use their services again.
