All In One Moving

This is one of the best moving companies I have dealt with. Everything went smoothly. They provided a quick service and the price was very fair. The movers were on time and very professional . All of my items arrived in the same condition as they took special care with my breakables and valuable items. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

The moving team showed up promptly on time and were very professional. They wrapped everything to protect the furniture. The unloading process was very quick and efficient. They were great all along and did a great job of protecting our furniture. I am really impressed with the service provided and I will use them again.

The moving team was fantastic. They called on the move day to coordinate their arrival time and took excellent care of our personal belongings. They even made an extra trip to pick up some additional things we had. What a great group of hard working guys. Best moving company to hire out.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company. They broke my dining room set. Promised to reassemble furniture but showed up with no tools. Left other people’s furniture I didn’t initially notice at my house and when I calland told them they said oh well. They lost the screws to my bed set. Lost one of the legs to my sectional and finally my microwave never made it to my house. Pam told me one day oh we have trucks everywhere we will get someone out to you to reassemble the furniture. The next day oh we don’t have anyone in that area. This is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever used. Also I’m willing to bet the positive reviews are phony. If you look closely at what places the reviewed many of them just happened to use the same companies???? Ya ok. Do your home work people. The worst.

I would give them negative stars if I could. We had a long distance move scheduled and we made it very clear that the move was needed to start exactly at 11:00 AM. The night prior - we called multiple times and were confirmed for 11:00 AM start time. The move day comes - it’s 11:10 AM we call the movers and they say they will be there shortly. 11:30 AM comes - we call and the dispatch center says they will contact the drivers. They then call back and say we will not be there until 1:30 PM. We explained saying this is a long move and it’s unacceptable that we did not receive any notification of the delay until we called multiple times after we were promised that the move would start at 11:00 AM as we had elevator reservations at both apartments. The dispatch went on to laugh at us and say I don’t know what to do “do you want us at 1:30 or not”. I asked what kind of service are you providing and he replied “the best - great service.” After which we went back and forth without an apology and them continuously saying we can come whenever we are ready or not. Your choice. The call ended and then speaking to one of the managers who did not apologize and also said there’s nothing to be done (the same individual who confirmed multiple times an 11 AM pickup and start). She proceeded to hang up on us. Then she did not answer any of our phone calls. I used a different number to call - which she picked up - listened to my first two words and then hung up again. Safe to say if a company can’t even provide proper service over the phone and accept their mistakes - I can only imagine the true service provided when moving. As you can see - these reviews (almost all bad) speak for themselves. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND ALL OF THEIR NASTY EMPLOYEES.
