Thank you, All Jersey Moving & Storage!!! Gabriel, Cheryl, Ray and Felix were OUTSTANDING!! This was the BEST move I've EVER experienced. Everyone was professional, kind, patient and courteous. I've already started spreading the word and letting everyone know, whether they have a big move or not, All Jersey Moving & Storage is the moving company to go to!!

Review:

Without a doubt the worst mistake I made in hiring a moving company for my first home. I probably should’ve known better with Gabriel’s less than attentive attitude, forgetting whether or not he sent my contract over and various misspellings and errors.. I called several times to confirm we were all set to go. I felt more comfortable dropping off a certified check to the company prior to the move as opposed to handing it someone on site. In fact, I briefly met the owner and Gabriel in person and the owner almost did not know what to do with the check he received. Gabriel tried to make a joke stating “ I guess you want a receipt for this” and “ oh so you don’t trust my guys?” My god - I’m so happy I trusted my instincts.

On the day of the move, we started out great. I will say the movers were very respectful and kind. At some point, one mover dropped a large fragile box and heard it shatter. He respectfully came up to my husband immediately, apologized profusely and stated that he accidentally dropped the box while walking toward the truck and heard items shatter. My husband said it was okay and thanked him for the honesty. At the end of the move, a man who I assumed was the leader said he was aware of the break and would notify the office. He also told me to call to confirm and get a claim form sent to me. We agreed, I tipped and we parted ways. I could not be more disappointed in what happened next.

After a few days I hadn’t heard back.. In total, no plates or bowls survived the fall. In anticipation of filling out a form, I left voicemail for Cheryl the claims person. She proceeded to send me the attached email with an absurd amount of misspellings which I find to be comical. If nothing else, you can’t be professional in your grammar? Cheryl also stated she would send a claim form. Of course this never happened, but this was the summary of the conversation on the phone.

“ Marissa. I hear what you’re saying but I talked to the owner and he told me because you didnt buy liability insurance we aren’t liable for your damage. In addition, we didn’t pack it so it’s not our fault.” She also had the audacity to say “ well if it was packed by us properly” and “ well did you label it fragile? The answer to both questions is YES absolutely. It’s one thing if the box shifted in transit. YOUR EMPLOYEE admitted to us he made a mistake and mistakes happen. What that young man did was HOLD HIMSELF ACCOUNTABLE and what your company is doing is fighting back. Shameful. I applaud the movers family for raising an accountable young man. Funny enough, the plate set was around 120 dollars. We aren’t talking a ton of money here. In conclusion - never again and never would recommend.

Nate and his team were absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, courteous, respectful, hard-working, and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I would recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.
