All Jersey Moving & Storage

Dealing with All Jersey Movers administraion is a nightmare. Bob came out and gave us a quote, but then a substatial amount failed to make it in the moving truck provided. We never heard from the company although we were told someone would contact us about moving or compensating us for the incomplete job. After 4 days of not hearing from them it became a rush since we had to close on our house. We ended up either giving away stuff or having to call 1-800 junk all additional expenses we incurred. When asked if we could receive a credit of some kind after calling, staff referred us to Bob. Bob asked what happened, we told him and sent pictures, and then Bob ignored several follow-up emails. Bob also said that All Jersey would take down the tvs and wall mount(we have email proof) and put them up in the new place. When I told the moving staff this promise, he said All Jersey doesn't perform that action since it would create holes in property, which they don't do; I told him Bob said they do, and he said, 'Yea, Bob says things.' I also requested a large box for my TV, Bob charged me, but he didn't send the box. The movers seemed like great people but afterward we discovered large bangs on my three-month-old $3K fridge, my fireplace no longer worked even after having a contractor look at it (worked fine before the move), the movers didn't attach draws to the master bed (just inserted where they go but not attached), we have no idea where the hardware is. Again the movers were great and seemed to be left out of the planning since they only came with one truck to move 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, washer, dryer, double car garage and outdoor shed. I get that things may happen- we are reasonable people, but it would have been nice if All Jersey replied to issues that arise and not make promises that they can't keep- a simple sorry would have gone a long way. Basically I think businesses that conduct themselves like this one lack integrity altogether. They smile to your face like greasy used car salesmen, lie and sell damaged goods, and then disappear once they have your cash. It's just a disrespectful way to operate.

Ray and the team at All Jersey Moving & Storage went above and beyond to make my move easy. Their efficiency and level of care exceeded my expectations--I will be using them for future moves!

BEST MOVING COMPANY AROUND! Ray and his fantastic team went above and beyond !!!! The communication throughout the move was amazing; the organization of the loading and unloading was excellent; the work ethic and empathy that these guys showed all day was beyond comprehension; the efficiency and knowledge of moving efficiently was beyond appreciated. We had a couple of bigger pieces that were not quite fitting out of my door but they made it work! I felt so bad for all the stuff I had and the heat and they took it like champs and all had smiles on. I could not recommend this company and THIS TEAM more! I have so many friends and family who are moving and I’m definitely recommending them to everyone. Also, thanks Gabriel for handling everything on the back end! I appreciate it so much. This move went without a hitch thanks to this company and team :)

9/10 @9:30am, a team from All Jersey Moving, came to our home took care of our belongings with care like it was their own .I highly recommend them they were great. Thank you guys.

(12/21) I had to move my 93-year-old mom from her home in Branchburg NJ to an assisted living community not far away in Bridgewater – since I have not moved in decades and I know no one who has recently, I did my research via the web:
I searched for “moving companies near me”, then proceed to get the websites for the first 3, non-ad paying listings, with 4 or more stars
I then gave them my requirements, our preferred date, and how much we needed to move (less than a dozen ‘hard’ items/furniture and another less than a dozen moving boxes, both large and medium)
Note I started this very late, the week before the date I requested, and I got back quotes from all three – all said this was their minimum move, which I was fine with – one was over $700 more than the others (thanks, but no thanks), the other two were with $20 of each other, but All Jersey Moving was closer to my preferred date – as a matter of fact, they met it, and I pushed it back a day
My overall moving experience was wonderful – from start to finish
Gabriel was no nonsense/’just the facts’ kind of guy, with the initial estimate and booking – no issues there – painless to be frank
Ray and his crew did the move (with Matt and one other really nice gentleman, but I forgot his name already – darn!) – just a great bunch of guys – professional, but flexible (I forgot to list a mirror – no problem) - everything was shrink wrapped that had drawers, and then wrapped in blankets/tapped
Since this was a small move and with no bed, and I have a truck, I initially thought that myself and friend could/would do it, but I need a knee replaced, so that was not a real option for us – Well, I can say they were worth EVERY penny we paid and tipped! Professionally moved, from door to door, in just over 2 hours – no dings/nothing broken – and Ray took care that his boyz kept the door closed so my mom would not get cold – NICE!
On the way over there, I had to stop at doctors to get her latest COVID tests too, so I would be a little late – no problem, they stopped on the way to have lunch too
Once there, I gave them a crude floor plan which they followed to a “T”
I was very pleased with this moving company and all of their workers – this met and exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny we paid – I told Ray after they were done with the move in and tipping him, that someday in the future I would require a move out of the assisted living community, and I would just call them to do it

(3/23) Used them again for another small move . . . partial from a house to an apartment - they were on-time, priced/completed as per their quote, with no damage - Nate and his team were wonderful
