All My Sons-Atlanta

This was our first time hiring movers, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experienced! The guys from All Sons were so patient and helpful, and got the job done extremely fast. Not to mention the price was great for such quality moving services. We are extremely grateful for their help & would recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area!

I have to be fair when it comes to the moving team. Honestly they were professional and quick to move our belongings. They did their best to keep us moving fast. As for the way the company does business I am completely disappointed. They take a 100 dll deposit upfront, which in itself isn’t bad, it is the fact that they don’t send you a contract upfront and they don’t explain additional charges before hand. They wait until the movers are there for they to give you the contract when you are already on the clock and unable to search for more affordable options. This way of making business is complete disregard of anyone that may be on a budget. Eventually the movers finished in 3.5 + 1 additional hour of transportation. I was advised to call and see if I could get a reimbursement for the other 30 minutes, since I was charged for 5 hours total, however, no one picked up the phone. I think the people moving you are highly professional and extremely nice. My complaint goes primarily against the office policy of making business like that. I don’t think I will use them again

Do not let this company lie to you like they did to us. Dishonest and unprofessional. The sales person came over and told us that they are different from other moving companies, because they protect all entrances and furniture. This was not the case. They scratched the doors and broke one of the doors. When pressed they shifted the blame on me. When I asked them why they did not have the protective equipment they promised, I was told the truck they usually use was not available (but this was not reflected as a credit). This company was at least 30% more expensive than the competition, but we went with them because we understood they were different. Much much worse than any moving company I have ever dealt with. Furniture is also damaged and scratched. Just use 2men and a truck ;they are not dishonest about what they offer

We had the best moving experience with all my sons. Kerry and his team went above and beyond to make sure all our items were securely wrapped and delivered in perfect condition. I was impressed with their professionalism and demeanor during The Who move. We hired them because we had big items that required to go up to 3 flights of stairs and they made it happen with no damage to any of our items. Carmine promise he turn around a bad situation and he did. I highly recommend all my sons.

Kerry and his team were top notch and made the moving experience quite easy. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company to move you as their rates are well worth it. Please make sure to take care of the men with generous gratuities since they deserve it!
