All My Sons definitely came through for us. Sam and his crew did an outstanding job with the move. Everything was delivered in great shape with no issues. Timing of the pickup and delivery was perfect. On the front end, Abby was great to work with. She took the time she needed to make sure the move was accurately documented. We're very happy with the service from end to end.

We hired All My Sons moving on June 6, 2109 to relocate our home from Atlanta to Bainbridge, Georgia. We contracted them to pack and move us. The packing was not completed and many items were packed inappropriately. Shipping tape was directly placed on antique furniture as well as pictures. Christmas decorations, toys, and other possessions were destroyed. Not to mention, the police were called because one employee felt threatened by another. The experience was a train wreck. We submitted our concerns to All My Sons Moving, along with their claim form, and they have refused to acknowledge us. They did not hold up their end of the contract. Pictures are included.

All My Sons will damage your belongings. If you use All My Sons, be sure to get full Replacement Coverage on the insurance. Document everything. The furniture was only wrapped in thin paper and plastic wrap instead of properly protected with furniture pads. It was also stored upside down on concrete. Imagine the damage caused to the top of your dining room table if it was wrapped in a thin layer of newspaper and plastic and dragged across a concrete floor. A nightstand was dropped from a dolly right in front of me and the kid denied it ever happened. The home was also damaged moving items in. This is what you should expect. After speaking with industry insiders, All My Sons is constantly training new, young movers. The quality work noted above is simply because they don’t know any better. Their crew chief will be experienced and knowledgeable, but he cannot see everything the “rookies” are doing. Know this going into your move and purchase full replacement insurance.
