All My Sons Houston Movers and Storage

Ronnie and Chris were great. They helped me with everything and they were quick and efficient. Ronnie is a great leader and made sure everything went smooth and I could tell he wanted to make sure the move went well. Chris worked very hard and learned well from Ronnie and made sure everything was where it should be. They both worked hard and got my things to my apartment faster than I could have ever done it. They deserve a pat on the back and I wish I could have paid them more for what they did.

Moving crew did a great job moving my 1-bedroom apartment interstate. Pricing and customer service (from Doug out of the Dallas office) was extremely poor and in my opinion, intentionally misleading. The result was that I ended up maybe about 2x my quoted rate. I would advise to use another (less expensive and honest) moving company

This was to be a simple move of big pieces of furniture. No boxes whatsoever. They damaged 1/3 of my personal property. They broke a glass table top totaling $1,000. They damaged a $5k tempurpedic mattress by cleaning the floor of the moving truck with it. Many other items were damaged as well. Then to add insult to injury, the claims dept. wanted to reimburse me $200 for all the damage which approximated $1500 worth of total damages. They do not value your belongings and I would recommend utilizing a company who will reimburse more than 30 cents to a pound. Bottom line, I was clearly dissatisfied with the services rendered and would never recommend them to anyone. Should you use them, make sure you have plenty of insurance coverage to replace what they damage.

The guys who helped me move today were AWESOME. My previous movers packed my storage very poorly, but these guys were kind and patient and helped me get everything out with ease. I would highly recommend these guys. I’ve moved so many times, even out of state, and these guys are by far the best movers I’ve ever had. You won’t regret choosing them to help make your move, which is usually so stressful, but they make it so easy. Superb! Will definitely use them again.

My name is Bill, and I am the primary caretaker of my 98-year-old mother, who is frail and had a thousand fragile knickknacks that she had accumulated during her long life. On Thursday, May 14, 2020 the crew from all my sons moving, Joel, Chris, and Rudy, showed up ahead of schedule, treated my mother and our items with extreme respect, and did an incredible job. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again God forbid I should have to move again. We live in sugar land Texas, all my mother's precious possessions are safe and sound and not a single thing was broken. I only wish that I had more money at the time, I would have tipped them each $100, They were that good. and they were very grateful for what I did have. Everybody I dealt with at All My Sons were extremely polite professional and respectful, I owned my own business for 25 years and I recognize great customer service when I see it.
