All My Sons Moving & Storage

Overall terrible experience. We were quoted 2 hours for a 1st floor apartment move. They sent over 2 guys and they might as well have only sent one. One guy sat around and did little to nothing. It took over 30 minutes for them to take out the first box. (Everything was already packed and ready to go). The move ended up taking 7 hours and I had to tell them to leave at least 4 car loads behind because they were moving so slowly and we were charged by the hour. Once my husband called management the other worker suddenly started taking things to the truck and they finished unloading in good time. Overall it was an awful experience both with the quoting department and the movers themselves.

We had Timmy and his pink trunk come out to help us with a massive move between storage units and they did an incredible job! Were very professional and got the job done quick! Thank you for all your help!

I am writing regarding my move last week.

I was charged over $900 for the move, plus a $93 dollar charge for the guys to stay and put my bed together.....which they're 'supposed to put together what they take apart'.

I was initially given an estimate of $579. On the day prior to the move I received an estimate of $750 after going through the items needed to be moved.

Also, I gave you a $100 deposit that was supposed to go toward my move. What happened to that?

I am a very unhappy customer.

I'm hoping we can reach a happy compromise

This company is a joke. They're horrible.
Dishonest with miserable leadership.

Will provide you with a low inaccurate quote to get your business. Then will charge you egregious prices on tape and other packing materials. The fuel surcharge is based on a percentage of the total price, nothing to do with mileage... they also left a package behind, so they arent even good at this...

Look at BBB, trustpilot etc. They're known scammers

Ryan's team was professional, polite and did an honest job. The time was well spent. Ryan manages the crew superbly and was down to earth. Michelle in the office was excellent to schedule with and helped make everything transparent and easy!
