I had the best experience with All my Sons and Rafael Tavares. They are true professionals. Fast, careful with your valuables and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

If I had a choice I would do 0 stars. My sister is the most understanding amazing person. She is having some health issues so can't do the moving on her own. This place treated her like her business was an inconvenience but they sure were quick to take almost 700 for a job that was quoted to be 150 maybe 200. What happened to customer service. Moving is nerve-wracking on its own to be treated and to be belittled by a company that you are paying to make the move easier. For them to make everything is worse is insane. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Please get this service from anywhere else. I don’t usually leave bad reviews because I believe my experience will not necessarily be everybody’s experience. However my neighbor had the same experience and didn’t say anything until she realized our experience was similar to hers when she saw the moving truck. So I wanted to spare anyone else. Moving is stressful to begin with. My husband and I have entered an age where we could no longer move on our own. So we figured we would try a moving company. I will take the accountability for not shopping around.
The company quoted me $149 for 2 movers. With one hour travel time automatically charged. They asked me to give them a list of items. I gave them all the big furniture items and explained we have over 30 boxes. When the poor movers showed they said they were told it would be 13 items and it would take a longer time to move everything. We were on the phone with the company and explained the situation. I spoke to a very rude Steve Daniel’s who was belligerent. Further making a tense situation even worse. We explained that the move would take a long time and that 2 guys would not be enough. Which we mentioned when we originally called but they reassured us that 2 would be ok. Steve told us that if we kept complaining he would cancel the move and we would have to move on our own because they didn’t need our lousy money. He told us that they would send us another guy but the price will go up to $199 an hour. So either way we would be charged more. Either stick with the 2 guys and use a large amount of time or use 3 guys and still have a larger charge per hour. We opted to keep the 2 movers and just have them move the heavy furniture and the heaviest of boxes. The total charge was almost $700 for 1/4 of a move. My husband and I are now on day 3 of moving everything else out of the apartment. We had to rent a van and due to our health issues we move what we can for as long as we can. My landlord will have to keep some of the deposit because we were not able to move everything out on time.
