I scheduled a Bloomfield CT move 5-days before with required Deposit and was told an Agent would confirm 3-days before. The Agent called less than 24hrs before from Texas with questions I already answered, and emailed document for me to sign Agreement confirming 11-2 and pricing per hour and liability insurance options. Then the day of the move exactly 11am another person called to say Agreement has changed to increase price and more men in the crew. I said no to this change. He said his supervisor said I will have to accept or no move until next day. My Rental notice ended, paid new rent and other non refundable expenses. Their storage fee is $250/night. With my hands forced I had to agree with their new Agreement which Company never sent or any Receipts of payment. Furthermore, they made sure move was exactly 3hrs as the driver unnecessarily disassembled my dining table out of my sight in the truck then took almost 1hr to reassemble at location. Total dissatisfaction! But, these sons of the 'business' were calm and pleasant in executing their skilled craft.
