Move went well! The three “‘Ds” I would highly Diandre, DavonP and William I highly recommend for future moves!!

I am changing my review to one star for items left behind in storage unit and my house.

We just had a hunch to check one last time at the storage and found my items in the hallway. The rugs alone were over $500.

I contacted AMS and they said that the movers can return to get my things, then move them to my new house. They were already on another job and I would waited all afternoon, added hours to my day.

I opted to put the things in my suv myself.

When I asked for being compensated for the inconvenience, the rep said “that’s not how we do it” so I was supposed to wait for them to return, load and take to house.

I give customer service rep a zero!

They kept asking the entire time for a tip if we liked their service. In addition, the guys would not leave my house until they received the first google rating.

I’ve had worse moving experiences, but just think I could have lost my valuables, be charged by PS for leaving things in or near unit.

Lastly, I didn’t see them smoke, but really smelled like it.

The gentlemen were completely respectful and helped me with the move. Get through a lot of different obstacles.
