All My Sons Moving & Storage

Carlos and Brandon from All My Sons Moving & Storage were outstanding yesterday. I am grateful for the time and care they took with packing, loading, and unloading. They came to work, they were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable with wrapping, handling, moving, no damage was done in moving out and they even engineered the ramp going into the stairwell so no walking needed to be done on mud or ice. Thank you both for a job well done. I hope you're both available when I collect my things in June. I couldn't be more grateful to the entire staff of All My Sons moving and storage. Thank you also for your well wishes for the next chapter of my life's journey.

Terrible experience. They told me they would be there at 11am. I finally called at 1:30 and was treated like I was in the wrong for them not communicating. I was told they will get there when they get there. They finally showed up around 3. I had scheduled someone to set my furniture at 2:30 which I had to cancel. When moved there was a clear path to avoid mud, it was not avoided. They did not wear boot covers and got mud all over my carpet at the old place then got mud all over my new place. I asked them if they even had the covers and they didn’t. They broke one of my dressers. When they got to the new place they called in with an estimate and had to pay seeming like otherwise they would hold my stuff ransom. They estimated it would take so long and I ended up getting charged for an extra half hour. Not the biggest deal but the when I paid over a third of what was quoted with fees that were no transparent I was finally upset. I would not recommend. It shouldn’t have been hard for them to communicate they were running late and give an estimate on time frame. But then being rude was the icing on the top.
