All My Sons Moving & Storage

Martise Weaver and his crew out of Oak Park MI were awesome. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard the entire time, and displayed care for the things they were moving. All 3 worked efficiently and got the job done. Very happy they were the crew assigned.

Byron Charley and the other gentleman who helped me move today were fabulous. Very professional and moved all of my items quickly and carefully. The whole process from start to finish was great, from my phone call schedule with Benjamin to my actual move. Thank you for making a stressful day not so stressful!

The movers were great. The managers weren’t. Christopher Love and his co-worker were on time, fast, professional, very helpful and accommodating. But I later found out that I was charged for 2 separate insurances. I signed off on only one insurance, but was charged for that and a more expensive one. I told the branch manager that I was double charged for my insurance and wanted to be refunded for the extra charge. They said they’re gonna check and they’ll call me by the end of the day. They didn’t. I called them the next day and he stated that I selected two different insurances and they won’t refund me the extra charge. I told him receipt says what I did, select one insurance. He sent me to customer care, in which eventually, the representative said their company policy forbids them to charge for more than one insurance policy and they’ll inform the branch manager, via email. A few days later I got that refund, but what I went thru was unnecessary and a waste of a couple of days.
