They were very rude and unprofessional they called me back after they received my card number and said they would have to send two extra guys and i didn’t agree so he told me did they didn’t need me and will give my deposit back i wouldn’t Recommend them to anybody.

This is the Worst Company Ever, 1st they call an hour before our move an asked if we mind using a 4th mover at $220 an hour we said No they were being very persistence. When the mover arrived they show up with a small woman and two young guys ( they all looked like college students) I had made them aware prior to coming days before that I have a lot of glass, furniture and big things plus about 40 storage tubs... So I said you all are going to need a 4 person the young lady got mad and call Brent at the dispatch , I was simultaneously calling him... I stated to Brent they won't be able to move this by themselves... We are going to have to have a 4th person even though not in our budget.. Brent was very Rude unprofessional he ' No! I don't have a 4th person now and it's going to cost you $2220, my husband said ok the Brent stated maybe $2700 , trying to extort and /or make us say that we didn't want the move Brent then stated that ' I AM CANCELING YOUR MOVE AND REFUNDING YOUR MONEY' this was said to us Very Loud , Rudely and Unprofessional. We still haven't had our charges reversed to our credit card and we still had to delay our move a day Pay an extra day to stay there... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND I HATE TO PULL THE RACE CARD BUT THE WAY HE SPOKE TO ME WAS RACIST AND SEXIST... HORRIBLE

Chris and his crew (Amari and Shaq) are great! They don't waste time, they are professional and they efficiently store your items in the spaces and places you want them to go! Highly recommended
