All My Sons Moving & Storage

This company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, horrible service! They recently moved my sister from a one bedroom studio & took over 4 hours to do when we already boxed everything & disassembled the bed. Not only were they taking their sweet time, the leader of the group was telling me that he usually will consider to side hustle if I pay him $45 per hour off company time. They broke my sisters $5000 television & tried to convince us it was already broken & they tried to crazy glue & i put my finger on the glue it was fresh. This company should be shut down due to the unprofessionalism & their insurance policy, LOL they tried to settle by offering us $70 for the television their workers broke! DO NOT book with them!!!!!

worst customer service experience ever. They not only broke my TV mount but they also shattered the screen and held my TV in their truck for 30 min attempting to fix it without my knowledge. Gluing the mount thinking I would have not noticed the fresh glue.
The leader of the 3men - asked if l'd pay him on the side to fix my repairs/ which were unrepairable.
Unprofessional, unreliable and Do NOT recommend.

We had a quote for 2 movers at $159 an hour. We had a small one bedroom apartment moving to a very close townhome. No big stuff and we wrapped everything. We got a mover and a man on his first or second day - a trainee. The seasoned mover had to help him with everything and try and explain everything every step of the way. Normally fine if you gave us TWO seasoned movers and a trainee and counted it as just two. It took them over six hours and the price skyrocketed to over $1000. If we really had two movers (not a mover and trainee) it easily would have taken half the time. We really got one mover and a lot of extra time due to the second guy not being able to do his part (no fault of his own) and we had to pay for that. We were also charged for a ton of packing tape when most of our things were already duct taped boxes. We were charged for all the extra packing materials. The first time we used All My Sons they were quick; didn’t charge or use all the extra packing materials and seemed fair. This time (again the actual guys were professional and courteous) we seemed to be unfairly penalized for an incredible amount of time to help All My Sons train someone. We did not get two movers - we got one and a WHOLE lot of extra hours done on a very small move.

Furthermore, when we’ve emailed or wrote the “wecare” website they provide for a complaint - no response. We just don’t think it’s fair to pay for 6+ hours for something that should have been half. We know this because they moved us before with more items and farther away and the move took half. This was a much smaller move than the first time they moved us. The difference was in the slowest move season of the year (Jan 31) they didn’t provide us with two movers but a mover and a man on one of his first days. We were charged for them to train.

Jeremy, Jamie and Julius were amazing! They were careful, fast, professional and it was overall a great experience!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! They gave me a very low quote at first to reel me in. The cost of my move went up twice because they said the estimator had made a mistake.... twice. My move ended-up costing me $2,000 more than I originally agreed upon and went from a one day move to a two day move. I rely on other people's reviews to make important choices which is why I felt I had to share my information. Look elsewhere for a mover. This company will only disappoint.
