Excellent communication through the entire process! The team that showed up were very respectful and they did an amazing job of loading and unloading everything and if we had a concern they made sure to resolve it and take care of any issue. Kyle Wilson was the leader of this team and I believe his direction of the team was a major part of how smooth this move went!! Thank you Kyle and your team!
I can’t even begin to tell you what a phenomenal experience I had. Jason Uplinger was cream of the crop in everything they did, including customer service attitude follow up, and I would recommend them to everyone who needs any kind of assistance. Dustin was also a breath of fresh air, and I look forward to using them for all of my moving needs in the future
Would not recommend this company for anyone Unless you want your stuff destroyed or left abandoned
All My Sons has amazing Service! I arrived & Michael Brown and his crew worked fast/ efficiently and hard to get my move done in UNDER 1hr of work!! His team were very professional. Nothing broken or damaged,
The business transaction of the process was super easy, I just called the number on their website & a tablet was used for signing the waivers electronically to be emailed directly to me for record keeping. All in all, more than pleased with the work of the company and extremely pleased with Michael Brown and his guys.
Terrible experience, mislead at best lied to at worst at every turn.
Start with hidden fees. We had everything boxed for a small 1 bedroom apartment in plastic totes. Movers told us that we had to unbox and buy their boxes and rebox. This added 1 hour then movers took 5 hours to do load. Easily could have been done in 2. Didn’t realize we also paid for smoking breaks.
The storage was just as bad. If you want access to your stuff you must give anywhere between 2 and 72 hours notice depending on if they are properly staffed that day. You also must pay a $200 unboxing fee. They are completely helpless on weekends. Apparently only 1 guy in the whole company can operate a forklift.
