Angelo and the other two movers were life savers! Couldn’t have done this without them

I was concerned about how in the world we would be able to get our new chairs and dispose of our old ones. Plus I only had one day to find an answer.
From my first phone call to My Sons to the delivery everything was five stars and above.
Exceptional customer service.
So polite and respectful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They ruined more than 10 items from my grandparents move, some things were antiques and family valuables. Several of the neighbors in the Apartment Complex had witnessed the young male workers (who initially seemed super charming) riding a couch, that was later broken, down the stairs laughing and throwing items in the truck. Not only did this company disregard the items, but they told my Grandparents that there was nothing they could do nor that nothing would be done about the behavior or broken items since insurance wasn’t purchased. After months of moving and trying to fix items, Matt, the OM at the Boulder location was rude and disrespectful on the phone. This was an awful experience and I caution anyone interested in using this service to reconsider either the insurance policy or hire a different company to move your things. The fact that they have so many good reviews blows me away as even 5 months later the situation has not been resolved. Not an apology, not an ounce of customer service skills by leadership, and an outright defensive and arrogant approach to customer care and complaints. We have people from the apartment complex we were moving from who watched the young gentleman “ride furniture down the stairs” and not even a simple “let’s try to figure this out” from the moving company. Only “you didn’t have insurance so there’s nothing you can do”. We have 35 photos of things that were broken or poorly handled. I’ve decided to attach 3. The manager said “it’s neither here or there that the workers were riding the couch down the stairs, you didn’t have insurance and no claim was made within 30 days.” Come on.
