All My Sons Moving & Storage

Worst moving experience would not recommend to anyone. After planning a month in advance and put a deposit for moving day. All my son’s moving and storage fell short due to its lack of professional and failure to provide its Crew members with the tools they need to succeed.

I had a two man crew show up to move a bed,dresser,2 book shelves,tv and Six boxes. This should have only taken no more than 1-2 hour max. Well this did not happen because the movers didn’t have tools to dismantle bed. (I was told multiple times through communication with All my sons I didn’t need to take the bed apart because it was a service they provided and it would only take 10 minutes to get it done.) The movers informed me that they did not have tools to dismantle the bed because “ALL MY SONS MOVING” charges their employees daily to rent tools out for the day. When they told me they couldn’t take the bed this left me feeling let down and frustrated.

I had to call “AMS” and escalate the issue to get somebody to hand deliver a set of tools to the job site, and costing me and additional hour of time. ($180hr) once the tools were dropped off the movers could not figure out how to get the bed apart which I had to intervene and take the bed apart myself. As a customer and a service that was not provided I should not had to pay for a hour of work lost. This was the most frustrating part, until it was time to unload at my new residence.

I was informed that I would have to pay before they could unload the truck. There was no issue with me willing to pay for there services until All my sons tried to extort me for work and services that wasn’t provided. At first everything seemed to be fine they stated they were discount me a hour off of estimated cost, for having to give there guys a break until they good get the tools to job site. Then after explaining to them that was enough and I would not pay for that extra 30 minutes of me having to take the bed apart myself. Well “Logan the manager started become argumentative and aggressive telling me that If you don’t pay my guys you’re not getting your stuff off the truck! (I not once said I would not pay for services. I just stated I would be paying services I had to provide myself.) beware of this company they will try to extort you and Scam you for more than you bargained for. Also for those who work for this company if you have to pay you boss to work for him you should look for another job.

Tukwila crew did awesome job of packing yesterday. Very careful courteous and professional.
