All My Sons Moving & Storage-Denver

Jacob and his crew were awesome. They showed up on time, VERY respectful, and they busted their butts. They moved our entire house in a short time. Since their charges are pretty much hourly, it was nice to see them working as fast as possible to get the job done. Took really good care of our belongings, as well as the house during the move. I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, I will use them for sure! Thanks again.

Would you ever expect to go to McDonalds, order a Big Mac and expect the cashier to say, "Well get on back there and tell the cook how you want it made." - Well this was the response I got from All My Sons Moving when the driver and other two employees mis-managed my furniture and filled the first third of the truck with small boxes instead of larger furniture. I called the management company and let them know of what was going on and that we might need a second truck because I didn't see how we were going to fit everything that I needed to be moved. I hired a moving company to move items that my cars could not hold and instead they were left behind (see picture below). The service of the guys (Enrique, Dustin and James) were exceptional, they worked hard and did not take a break, but they made a mistake. And management DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEM. They said "Well Kyle, on moving day you are the captain of the ship. You tell them how you want it to be packed." ... ... ... Wait wait wait... ... ... YOU want ME, someone who has never moved an entire house before to tell a professional how to do their job and pack THEIR TRUCK? HUH?!? I was first referred to All My Sons Moving from a colleague at work and I did not take any other quotes because I trusted my friend. I am very grateful to have had hard working movers help me get 75% moved. I am extremely frustrated with their management team. After 3 hours on the phone, I ended up just getting the same answer from them: 1. No I'm sorry. 2. No we are not willing to take responsibility for our mistake and send out a small truck. They said, you can pay $600 for one. HA! 3. No, sorry we didn't get everything here is an apology and $50/$100 or half an hour off your final bill. Just a... "Are you done yet sir?" "Welcome to the family, Kyle." ... Naaah I'm good, I'll find another family to be a part of if you want to treat me like this.

This is by far the best moving company in Denver. The crew was fast helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for more. Jose and Cooks crew did an awesome job and he would definitely call and ask for them if we need help moving again.
